Origins:* Her mother died when she was kitted and the kit was suckled under the sweet tenderness of Silverfish. Leafstorm was named in honor of her grandmother, Leafpuddle, who had died in a battle with ThunderClan over the Sunning Rocks. She is loyal depite having friends in other clans

Life Before Reboot: Flametail, Darkwhisper

I'm not sure the appearance is very traditional, and it doesn't very well match the name Leaf. Perhaps you could change it, and possibly add a little more detail to your creation?
