First Time Outta the Nursery

Littlekit reluctantly poked his head out of the nursery, his curious eyes gleaming as he saw the fresh-kill pile. He tripped over to it, his eyes shining as he looked up at it. "Fresh-kill!" he meowed happily. He noticed that his belly was rumbling. He pawed at a frog at the bottom.

Shadepaw grinned as he sat outside of his den, watching the little kit paw through the fresh-kill. He noticed that strangely there was a lot of moss next to him. He pawed it together into a ball and rolled it over to Littlekit. "Want to play mossball?"

Littlekit turned around and saw Shadepaw. He let out a playful squeal. "Yeah!" he meowed.

Leopardpaw trotted up to them."Hey, there guys, Whatcha' doin?"

Littlekit looked over. "Moss ball!" he answered, looking at the apprentice. "Who're you?" he asked, since he was born just recently and he barely knew anyone.

Leopardpaw smiled. "I'm Leopaedpaw." She replied. "And you are?"

"I'm Littlekit!" Littlekit meowed happily.

Leopardpaw smiled. " Wanna play?" She asked flicking ter tail.

"We all can!" he mewed with a glare at Leapordpaw. Stealin mah buddehs. Littlekit has the mossball, soooooohh...

Leopardpaw smiled at little kit ready to play.

Littlekit threw the moss ball to his Shadepaw.

Gingerkit had been off doing something that I am too lazy to make up when she finally came back to see the newest kit in the nursery. He was so small compared to her she thought it was funny to compare the size, but of course, she got utterly distracted by the sight of a moss ball being thrown around in the little triangle that the three cats had made. "Hey can I play?" She squeaked excitedly, running up to Shadepaw who was now in possession of the ball before jumping up and down in front of him, almost making him accept her into the game just so she would get out of the way.

Leopardpaw smiled.

"Sure!" Littlekit mewed.

Shadepaw batted it over to Gingerkit, grinning. x3
