Shiningpaw has...a cough

Foxkit scrambled over to the nursery, making a moss ball, she threw it to Icepaw

In her den, Willowstream was taking inventory of her herbs. She took into account what sick seasons were approaching, and what herbs were needed for the sicknesses.

Outside, voices calling to her caused the medicine cat to look up and move to her den's entrance. There she found a few of her clanmates, and one apprentice was coughing. Immediately, Willowstream stepped aside.

"Bring her in and lay her down in one of the nests," she ordered, waving them by with her tail.

Shiningpaw walked in to the medicine cat den and layed down in the nest. she coughed loudly.

"Shiningpaw, is there anything else wrong besides the cough?" Willowstream asked as she joined her new patient. She looked through her herbs as she spoke. "Such as a bellyache, possibly chest pains?"

OoC: I forgot to add before; IT IS THE USER'S CHOICE IF THEY WANT THEIR CHARACTER TO DIE!!! While the dice are to be taken seriously, there is always the chance that a cat will hang on to that tiny thread of life and come back, though it will take tons of recovery. Again, the user has the final choice towards the effect the sickness/injury will have on their cat.

"just a cough" she mewed before she coughed. "and it hurts when I cough" she rasped

"Where does it hurt?" Willowstream prompted gently, pulling down a few poppy seeds.

"my chest and throat" she mewed.

"Alright, I just have a few herbs you need to take," the medicine cat announced, turning around and giving Shiningpaw a warm smile. "This one is a juniper berry. Only eat one or two, to help with the cough, as well as this one--" she pushed a plant with tiny white flowers forwards-- "which is called feverfiew. Finally, you'll take quite a few poppy seeds. They will help soothe the pain and help you sleep." Willowstream stopped talking and smiled at Shiningpaw.

She nodded and ate the herbs. she sqrewed up her face at some. after she was don she coughed and curled up in her nest, the poppy seeds takeing affect.

Icepaw let the ball roll to his feet. His eyes were on the medicine den. "Hang on one second Foxkit," He mewed quickly, padding inside to see his sister slowly drifting into sleep. "Will she get better?" He whispered to Willowstream.
