"I agree." Ravenpaw purred. "This clan needs all the warriors it can get."

Icepaw glanced around camp. "It does, doesn't it?" He mewed. "The only warrior is really Runningfoot..."

Stormpaw nodded, letting out a small sigh. "Yea."

"But not for long though!" Ravenpaw said, "We'll all be warriors soon enough."

"I'm sure you'll both be great warriors too." Icepaw purred. Suddenly he froze up, an awful thought coming to his mind.

Stormpaw let out a small laugh. "I am sure you will be a great warrior too, Icepaw," he meowed, thinking about the day he would become a warrior.

Ravenpaw noticed him tense up, probably cause they were laying beside eachother. "What is wrong?"

Icepaw shook his head to clear the thought. "Thanks," He purred, forcing himself to look happy again. He glanced at Ravenpaw. "Nothing, I just had a weird thought in my head that's all..." He mewed.

"What was that thought?" she asked quietly.

Icepaw leaned over. "I'll tell you later." He whispered so Stormpaw didn't hear.

Stormpaw just glanced at the two, confused. "Uh, anyways. I think I am going to go hunting by myself. You two have fun." He got to his paws and padded from the camp, but not before giving the two one last sad glance, afraid that he might never the girl of his dreams.

Icepaw blinked in surprise. "Did I upset him?" He murmured.

Ravenpaw frowned, watching as stormpaw padded out of the camp. Next time I see him, we are going to talk.. she told herself. "Now, Icepaw, what were you talking about?"

Icepaw perked his ears. "Just that...you two are becoming warriors soon, and it kind of seems like Stormpaw liked you. I was wondering if he is one of 'the cats..?'" he murmured uncomfortably. "It's none of my concern really. It just popped in my head."

Ravenpaw sighed softly. 'Yes, he is. He only likes me as a friend though. There's nothing I can do about that though."
