She hissed. How could her one, her only daughter be killed by nothing more than a fox? She nuzzled Sarrowsong, wishing that she had never betrayed her clan and mated with that ShadowClan warrior. If only.... She'd still be a medicine cat... she'd still be alive...
"Is the fox dead?"
She growled.

She began to pace back and forth, stopping occasionally to perk her ears at Sarrowsong, hoping she may still be breathing.
"Poppypaw, Firestorm, and Splotchfur. You three will go hunt it down- if only to keep the Clan safe."
And avenge my daughter...
