My Nuzlocke Rules:
1. Can only catch the one pokemon on each route. (Common rule, did not steal)
2. Cannot use revives. When pokemon faint, they must be put in a Cemetery Box or be released.
3. Can't use rare candies.
4. Must name all pokemon.
5. Fight every trainer possible, never say no to a fight.
6. Cannot catch pokemon that have been caught before. If the rule is broken, the weaker one goes in the cemetery box, and is therefor unusable.
7. Follow the story mode and no using cheats like Action Replay.
8. Never run from wild pokemon. This is for training purposes even though it gets annoying. If you get really P'ed off about it, you ARE aloud to use a repel.
9. If a pokemon "dies," and you DON'T put t in the cemetery box, you have the optional rule to keep a list of the pokemon species, name, type, and day died on a log. I did this on my first Nuzlocke, but not my current one since it was pretty pointless. The only part of this optional rule is so you have something to remember your pokemon by and also keep track of pokemon that were killed. I haven't done the log this time, but I did however keep track of dead pokemon.

So... You got Arceus (Who is only available through cheating, and if you caught him you encountered Dialga/Pakia/Giratina first rendering that invalid) and encountered a shiny Eevee first on a route? And have all the badges? With a Johto starter?

ooc: Well i got really P'ed off when I lost pikachu (aka Penut) and I cheated to get Ferligator(cheated getting tododile that is). But there's a card you can buy that lets you encounter arceus with ease. Also you actually can visit all the regions except the new poke black version region. And yes, there is one particular route you can get evee on using the poke radar but it takes very long and there's a certain way to get a shiny. Look it up on youtube and behold, shinies galore. (idk why i didn't do it for all my caught pokemon guess i didnt feel like going through all the steps.) It's all possible except the part where i cheated on the Ferligator. I'm really good at the games it isn't the first time I beat a nuzlocke

Because one of your rules is " Follow the story mode and no using cheats like Action Replay." you aren't following your Nuzlocke rules. Second of all, there is no way to get Mew in the games other then cheating, Pokemon Diamond doesn't allow you go to other regions as it isn't in its data, and also "Arceus can only be found in the wild legitimately with the Azure Flute, which has not yet been distributed officially and can currently only be obtained by cheating. However, Arceus itself was distributed via multiple Nintendo events in 2009 and 2010, and distributed via the Pokémon Global Link in 2012."

*facepalm* okay, now you just annoying me, no offense T3T

First of all, IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET THE AZURE FLUTE IN DIAMOND, IT WAS RELEASED WHEN THE ARCEUS MOVIE CAME OUT. Secoundly, their is a boat you take after beating the game for, I think the 5th time? (if you look on options, it keeps track of how many "story mode"s you beat) Thirdly, you can get mew, it's in pokemon platinum, and the palpark is not considered cheating, therefor I got mew and lugia via palpark using my DS light. And like i said badger, I was RLY P'ed off about the whole pikachu thing because i was training once with her and a random double critical hit gang up happened in a double battle...(i flippin hated that T-T), so I got mad and broke a rule to make me feel better. The only thing i broke in the rules that i cheated to get a tododile. There's a diamond cheat where you can generate the same guy who gives you packages when you do special things on there sometimes(shows up in pokemart, in case you wanna try it out), except this time, the package he gives you doesn't contain berries like it normally does, it contains a randomly picked pokemon egg from the first generation of pokemon, even my tododile wasn't called "Tododile," it was called Waninoko, which is the Japanese version. Seriously, I'm not lying about this I swear...I did this when I was...13? I think maybe 12, but it doesn't matter, I haven't played in a while and I was looking through my old stuff and found my list of Nuzlocke challenge recordings from like, 20 different Nuzlockes. I saw this topic and everyone was bragging in it so I thought'd it'd be fun to show off my best file out of all of them(My 14th). And the totodile thing, that was the only cheat I used on there. The only rule i broke too. So can you stop arguing with me? If you don't believe me, look it up, and try it out. It works, and i get annoyed when i do stuff for fun, and people start saying things like "No! That's not possible! Your'e lying!" Even though I think they might just be jealous T-T

.. Storm, you aren't making any sense. Like Badger said, one of your rules was that you couldn't use cheats like Action Replay. The things you just explained are a method of cheating, like Action Replay. You are not following your own rules. It doesn't matter if you're "good at the game", you are still not doing the Nuzlocke correctly. Cheating of any sort doesn't qualify until you've beat the Elite Four, Red, etc. Nintendo ended the Arceus event in 2010. Could you also explain where you got a Mew?

I've been going on it properly, and i only broke one rule, i only cheated once, so shut up. Seriously, why are you guys being mean bout it? It's MY cuzlocke, and I DID complete it CORRECTLY. Oh and you get mew during the extras after you beat pokemon league in diamond, platinum, or pearl. Just like there is a special event and area for mewtwo on there, there is also one for mew. The challenger's cave thing or what is it called in the city with misty's gym is where mewtwo hides out, but there's a story that goes along with it. Lemme check my notes real quick...*flips through notes* Okay this might be long...

This is what you do:

1st: After You Have Defeated The Elite Four Go To The Resort Area
2nd: Talk to Prof Rownan
3rd : Invite Him Inside
4th: Go Inside your house and talk to him and he should talk to you about the different forms of pokemon and mention 2 of them for example "blah blah blah examples of such is Electabuzz and Magmar
5th: Give him the two pokemon and he should say Hmmm interesting...here is this egg for your troubles" and the egg is a mew egg. Then he will leave :)

What ever....I wouldn't be jealous at all, cause I have everything single pokemon pretty much...and I have all three ledenday dogs that are shiny, all of the starter Pokemon (I got help from my sister)...ect...

TOPIC SAVE! And I feel like arguing. So lawl here I go.

A Nuzlocke Challenge goes through the MAIN STORY. You started in Pokemon Diamond. That is ONE Challenge. Once you defeat the 8 Gym Leaders, Elite Four, and Superboss, THE CHALLENGE IS OVER. Meaning Event Pokemon are NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU. Also, I'm pretty sure it's a de facto rule that you CANNOT use Pokemon traded from another game. The whole POINT of the Challenge is to use Pokemon you wouldn't have used before.

No one is jealous. Your challenge is just done wrong.

...and of course Sleepy comes in yet again t argue with me. This is a regular thing with us XD. I don't totally believe you. There was never an OFFICIAL rule made up about the challenge not continuing or getting event pokemon or trading. Reason why? Nuzlocke is a challenge based off of the TV shows along with adding the realism of pokemon actually dying from being shocked or burnt to death...etc. In both the tv shows and in real life, YOU CAN TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT REGIONS. We trade goods; pokemon shows some times trade pokemon. It's very well aloud. That's just your own rule. Not an official rule, just one you use. I get annoyed when people are like "Oh your wrong!" Because the more they say it even after I explain it clearly to them I'm doing it RIGHT, it sounds more like, "Your so wrong no matter what you say always because you don't know how to play and we are all just jealous of your pokemon skills!" I understand this might offend you and make you argue more, but hey, it's the truth. Just because you THINK you can't do this, or can't do that, doesn't mean you absolutely CAN'T and still do the Nuzlocke RIGHT and fully COMPLETED. There's no official rules made for that. In fact, there's only 4 official Nuzlocke rules:
You must name all your pokemon
You can only catch one pokemon per route
If a pokemon faints, it's considered dead and must be released or put in a cemetery box, meaning you can't use them again.

Therefor, *sigh*, for probably the 5th time, I AM doing the Nuzlocke right, I DID complete it, and you guys ARE just finding ways to ARGUE with me because you don't have enough courage to admit that you don't know the actual rules that are aloud in the game, and just want to make me mad and say I'm wrong. Probably because you don't WANT ME TO BE RIGHT. Why you don't want me to I don't know, but I have two guesses. Either your jealous, or when your friend started this you just had to defend them even though your just getting yourself caught up in nonsense. No ones on my side here, but I KNOW I did this right, because I have reasons, and I know the rules, AND I know what is aloud and what isn't.
