Shortage of Warriors

Sootshadow sat in the middle of camp sunning herself. She had three kits to take care of and had to keep up with warrior duties. So far it had be quiet on the borders, and prey had been well even in leaf-bare. She glanced around and looked around the camp, she had left the kits sleeping in the nursery, and it seems like the elders where trying to stay out of the melting snow even though it won't last long.
