[RABIES PLOT STARTS] #1- The strange cat...

A strange, rank smelling cat crossed the forest, following the rich scent of cats. He twitched, and laughed uncontrollably. His fur was stained with mud, and it was ungroomed and ratty looking. His breath stank, and from his partially opened jaws, a liquid foam dripped down his chin. The tom's eyes were filled with a hysterical, wild look. "I like cats..I like mice..Heheheeehehehehe, I'm so funnnyyyyy...." He ranted. He walked up the hill the surrounded the hollow, eyes excited. He then burst through the brambles that surrounded ThunderClan camp, body not registering the pain as the thorns tugged at his skin. The cat then looked around, looking for a target....

OOC: ALRIGHT! Rules are.....
-Only bite per cat
-You don't NEED to die, just go hysterical
-You can't be immune to it-if you get bitten, you get rabies
-You don't know what it is, but will call it 'The Virus' (suspenseful, right? :3)

IC: Deadstar's ear quivered. What's all the racket? Grumbling, he got to his paw, and peered out of his den. "I am trying to rest! I was hunting all d--" What in StarClan's name?!
Outside, he spotted an unfamiliar figure tottering around the camp's clearing. Deadstar emerged from his den, and took a tentative step towards this cat. "You are trespassing on my territory," he growled, acquiring a dominant posture.

The cat laughed uncontrollably, spattering foam around himself. "You're hilarious!!" He yowled, a hysterical sound that would make any cat freeze. "You see, I'm not! I'm actually in the middle of a field covered with sheep, and there's a rainbow, and wait- how are you talking to me?? You're a rabbit! Rabbit's don't talk!" He giggled.

OOC: Kk

OOC: Flame's gonna go crazy

IC: "Deadstar, I think this cat is insane," Flametail whispered to her old mentor.

Deadstar hushed Flametail with a flick of his tail. He narrowed his eyes, and marched toward the trespasser. "I'll have you know, I'm most certainly not a rabbit, and this is not a field!" he hissed, hackles rising. "I am a very angry cat, and this is in my territory!" It was clear this cat was intent on annoying the ThunderClan leader. Deadstar unsheathed his claws and bared his teeth.

Flametail sat, ready to attack if her leader ordered.

Silversoul stepped from the nursery. She had gone to check on the newest members of the Clan, Flametail's adopted kits, when she heard the intruder and Deadstar speaking.

OOC: Sil will have WAAYYY too much dignity for this :P But if Dead goes crazy a short period of time before death, she can be hystarical :P like if he gets on her case or something

"Silversoul, this cat called Deadstar a talking rabbit."

"A rabbit? Who does this guy think he is?"

"That's what I want to know."

Honeykit poked his head outside the nursery to see what all the nose was about, when he suddenly saw the strange cat. Terror took control of his body. There was something wrong with this cat, something horrible. He tried to remember something his father Liondance had told him once.

"Angry??? Why would any cat be angry with me??? I'm the finest cat in the forest!" The tom chuckled, foam flowing more freely down his chin, dripping down onto his paws, making more of a mess of his fur. He panted slightly, as if speaking was becoming more and more energy taking. "Don't...go..near me.." He growled warningly, looking at Deadstar, eyes wild. The tom started shaking violently. "Don't touch me..."

Suddenly Honeykit realized what it was Liondance had told him. "Deadstar, Flametail!!!!" he yowled in fear. "Don't go near that cat. He has 'The Madness'!!!!"

"Honeykit! Go back to the nursery!"

Honeykit was hesitant to do so at first. The thought of that deranged cat infecting Flametail with 'The Madness', causing a slow and horrifying death, made him want to stay and protect her. But obediently, he backed up into the Nursery entrance.
"You must drive him out of ThunderClan Territory!" He paused to give some final warning. "But don't let him come close to you. If he bites or scratches you, 'The Madness' will pass on to you as well. And it's as bad as Mange, Rat-bite infection, and green/black-cough put together!!!" with that he quickly went inside. I can at least try and warn the other kits what's going on. If things go bad, we'll need to find a way to escape the camp!
