ooc: made this topic cus i'm bored and I don't wanna keep staring at other topics I can't even post in.. xD

ic: Scarletkit lay in the Nursery fast asleep. A full moon shone brightly above the forest, illuminating their camp. She was squeezed in a tight ball, her mind spinning as she was lost in a nightmare.

"...hm..? Where am I?" she began, standing up, her small gaze flickering left and right. Pitch black darkness that even her nocturnal vision couldn't see through. She wandered around, her feeble paws scrabbling against the moist ground. "Anyone? Darkpaw? Goldenpaw?" cried the kit. Something stirred behind her, making her hackles raise. She whipped around with fear, her heart pounding. All she saw were deep red eyes, staring back at her. Scarletkit swallowed, and took a step back. She was able to make out a familiar scent, followed by many other unfamiliar ones. An orange paw stepped from the shadows, tinted with blood. What was going on? Where was she? Suddenly, behind her, a white paw touched her shoulder lightly. She turned to look. As her eyes rose up, she recognized the sturdy look of a she-cat. Deathberry! Scarletkit stepped forward, but something tugged her back. Her heart pounded with fear as her violet gaze snapped around. Eyes surrounded her. She could only rely on the only cat she knew. "Deathberry," she mewled, "where am I?" No answer. Her stern look still rested on her. Without warning, sharp claws clenched her back legs and began to drag her into the darkness. The black kit's claws sank into the ground, but, of course, they were stronger than her. Scarletkit's claw marks were embedded on the blood covered ground. "No! Deathberry, please don't let them take me!" she pleaded before the last of her existence disappeared into the darkness.

The small kit's head jerked upward, her chest heaving vigorously. She let out a giant shriek of terror before huddling in the corner. Her eyes were filled with fright, and her tail lashed about. Claws unsheathed, she pressed her paws into the wall, and held back another shriek. She was still adjusting to light that the moon provided. "...Mommy!" she managed to choke out. Why did I have such a terrible dream??

bic: Leafpaw raced into the nursery hearing the shriek.She ran through the entrance,and yowled."What's wrong!?"She saw Scarletkit huddled in the corner of the nursery,and she quickly padded over to her,and meowed urgently"What's wrong?!You are'nt hurt are you?"Her expression turned worried.

Scarletkit shook her head vigorously. Her entire body trembled. "I saw.. I saw.." she began, but the words wouldn't spill out.

Leafpaw leaned in closer to her,and set her tail on her shoulders trying to comfort Scarletkit.

Scarletkit looked away. "It was a horrible dream.. of darkness.. and mean-looking cats," She bravely looked up at Leafpaw and admitted, "..but something about them.. makes me.. feel like I belong there."

Leafpaws thought about it for a moment,then gasped and meowed."Who was there?" If it really WAS the Darkforest,then there must be some DF cats there...I hope that it was just a bad dream.She thought her mind clouded with thoughts.

"An orange she-cat. An Deathberry was there! She was gonna save me, but she didn't react quick enough," she sighed. She gave a sigh of relief. "But it was just a dream!"

Leafpaws expression grew almost scared. Deathberry?!She is in the Darkforest!I-I hope it's just a coincedence. She then shook her head clearing her thoughts of that,then meowed."Yes...just a dream."

"I think Deathberry wound up there. It's not her fault. I'm not sure why I was there, anyways. Where do you think I was?" she asked, her small tail swishing. Without awaiting a reply, she got up and stalked away for a drink of water.

Leafpaw meowed."I-"But stopped when Scarletkit left,she let out a grunt of amusement,and followed after her,her tail swishing with anxiety.

"What?" Scarletkit mewled, dipping her head to lap up water from a small puddle. The moon was high in the sky. Many ShadowClan cats were at the gathering. "Lucky them," she muttered.

Leafpaw smiled,and meowed."Don't worry one day you will be able to go there too!"

"Yeah," she agreed. "So.. Where was that place again?"

Goldkit came out from behind the nursery. He had been looking at stars and heard commotion. "Scarletkit, are you okay?" he asked, eyes wide.

"Oh- Goldkit! Yeah, i'm okay.. now.." She looked at him. "Ever have dreams of scary cats?"
