Bramblekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Graystream sat near the Nursery of ThunderClan's camp waiting for Bramblekit to show up.

"Hiya Graystream! What's up?" Bramblekit asked

"It's time for your Apprentice Ceremony." Graystream replied happily as he let his tail raise. "Mistpelt is away right now so I'll be giving you your Ceremony." He then began to pad towards the high rock. "Ready?" He asked cheerfully as he flicked his tail in the direction he was going.

"You bet!" the excited cat said running after the rock.

Graystream slowly stepped up the high rock and looked down from above. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the high rock for a Clan meeting." He meowed strongly as he waited a few seconds before he continued. "We are gathered here today to make this Kit an Apprentice." Graystream meowed as his gaze rested over Bramblekit. "Step forward."

Bramblekit stepped forward trembling with excitement.

"Now." There was a quick pause in his words. "Until you recieve your full fledged Medicine Cat name you will be known as Bramblepaw" A flicker of pride flashed in his eyes as he relized what he was doing. "I will mentor you until Mistpelt returns. The ceremony is now finished, congradulations Bramblepaw!" Graystream finished happily as he jumped down from the high rock.

Bramblepaw ran up to him and bowed her head.

Graystream bowed back. "You can sleep in the Medicine Cats den tonight if you want?" He asked as he flicked his tail to the den. "Just make sure to eat something before you get some rest." He finished happily as he bowed his head politely before leaving the camp.
