| Nightpaw was still ashamed of how kittish she was then,"well,I've got to hunt anyways..."she told herself,she scented the air from the top of a rock,stale Badger,umm...squirrel,and a lost rabbit!she concluded,she raced after the scent of the squirrel and spotted it,she crouched and pounced but the squirrel had already gotten away,she soon began to follow the scent of the rabbit,she soon came to the back of the creature and began to stalk it,once she was in reach of the prey and raced forward to catch it by suprise,she slashed her claws down it's small flanks and snapped its neck while it tried to race away,"I almost lost that one!"she panted,"I guess it was the fact that this might be the only food Nightpaw and I have to eat tonight,"she meowed to herself gazing up at the darkening sky ______________________________________ - Spoiler:

| Nightpaw limped out of the cave and on top of it then lied down as he waited for Nightpaw to return he soon fell asleap and as he slept he heard the voice of the StarClan Cat that had visited him the day that he died "You two will live a long and happy life together" is what it said, Nightpaw then started to dream about his possible future and he hoped that it whould have Nightpaw in it |
