Telling Stories

Deadfrost, having come back from a rather cunning rabbit hunt, was tired for the day. So he decided to do something he'd not done since Rainpaw had been around; tell kits stories. So he poked his head into the nursery and sniffed.

Leopardheart was sitting in the corner, tearing apart a mouse for the kits to try. She blinked in welcome. "Hey."

Metalpaw walked up from hunting and droped down a vole. "Hello Deadfrost, Leopradheart!" she mewed chearfully.

Snowclaw was dozing in the sun nearby.

OOC: Doooooooooood, Celestia or someone join. D: Dead wants tu tell stories like an oldie. xD

IC:Morningkit was near her mother staring at a leaf falling to the ground at the last moment she pounced on it and gave a delighted yowl.

Larkkit spotted the warrior and ran up. "Tell us a stooorrryyy!!"

Deadfrost smiled as the kits came into view. "Hello, kits. You want to hear stories, huh? About what?"

"We want to hear stories about you,don't we Larkkit" said Morningkit.

"Yes, you look like you've had some nasty fights in you days!" Metalpaw said eagerly. She was always told storys as a kit, and she quiet enjoyed it. "May I listen too?"

"I remember your stories." chuckled Dapplepaw. Wait, he never told me any, how do I remember? She removed the thought.

OOC:I just thought of an Idea!!! Dead, Beech and Rainpaw are both in StarClan. The can meet, and be friends again!! Whatcha think?

IC: Deadfrost chuckled. "Well, alright. I'll tell you about what happened to me when I was born." He cleared his throat and began to recap his very first adventure. "I, my sister Sunset and my brother Jaggedlines had just been born. But, an our after our birth, a fox invaded the camp. Warriors were working hard to fight it off, but, within all the chaos and noise, I'd tumbled out of my nest and out into the snow. Lucky I had thick fur, for a kit. Anyways. I was all alone and very cold. I could hardly walk, and the numbing snow didn't help either. I was sure I was gonna die." He grinned, leaving them hanging, waiting for them to ask what came next.

IC:Dapplepaw asked, "Then what?" She hadn't heard this story, or remember it.
