What Could Happen?

Fireflies flitted between each lengthy blade of grass, glowing brightly and warmly in the dark night. A silver-grey she-cat padded slowly through the meadow, watching her white paws the whole time. Her ice blue eyes seemed dim, even glazed. Finally, she paused and sat down. The grass tickled her flanks, but she ignored them. Rainstar was pondering her last few moments of life, wondering why what happened had happened.

A small,lynx-like cat padded out of the bushes."Hello Rainstar" she mewed

Startled, Rainstar looked over. She didn't recognize the cat approaching her.
"Er, hello," she mewed back politely, dipping her head.

Lynxpaw noticed the confusion in the older cats eyes."I am Lynxpaw,former apprentice of Thunderclan.My mother was Snowclaw and my father was Redpelt.Did you know any of them?" she asked

Jaystar chuckled from afar. "My, my. I am honestly surprised they let you in, murderer." he said, appearing from the brambles. He had narrowed eyes.

"Hey guys...guy"a black she cat with blood red legs mewed."I have heard about you Rainstar.Windclans leader was my mother.Not really but....."

Rainstar didn't hear the other two cats. Horrorstruck, she stared at Jaystar.
"I didn't meant it," she gasped. "It was an accident, I thought you had more lives. You weren't supposed to die! I'm not a murderer!"

"That's what they all say. Whether it was intentional or an accident, you are a murderer." he muttered, but lightened his gaze moments after. "But, I'm not one to keep grudges, anyhow. So let's just erase this burden, and start over as clanmates of Starclan."

Swallowing hard, Rainstar nodded gratefully.
"Thank you," she mewed, dipping her head to her fellow leader.

Jaystar replied with silence, his deep blue eyes narrowed. "Alright then. I am afraid there is some bad news. I fear the Dark Forest is scheming again.

Lynxpaw gasped."Oh no!"

"Scheming? About what?" Rainstar asked curiously.

"Yes,what are they sceming,Jaystar?" she asked,slightly shaking.
