Brightpaw's Training

Ebonyroot padded in, a small pouch made of ivy leaves dangling from her jaws. It was time for Brightpaw to learn about some herbs first-paw. The way she had taught Icepaw seemed to work fine, hopefully it would work with the black and white she-cat as well.
She set the bundle down and stood outside the Medicine Den. "Brightpaw! Wake up and get out here!"

OOC: Sorry to post, but I love how she's always think about her time with Icepaw when doing something with Bright! XD

'What!" she yowled irratably. "Just one more minute," she said beofre going back her very comfatable pile of moss. Her butt stuck in teh air as she slept soundly. She was lazy true, but at least she tried, she thought.

Ebonyroot flicked her tail irritably. Sure, she could related. Sleeping in was one of the little perks in life, she tried to get away with it many times; however, she always showed some respect to her mentor got out of her nest when he d*** well told her too. Was the same respect too much to ask? It wasn't that hard, not like she came at sunrise.
She sniffed. Icepaw could manage (There happy? xD).
The ShadowClan cat flicked her tail, well there were a few options she had, there always was. 1. Leave. 2. Get one of the warriors to drag her lazy tail out. 3. Drag her out herself. 4. Threaten her... 5.. No wait. She loved option four.

Stepping into the den entrance she called out to the black and white she-cat. "Well, I was going to train you, but we can do that another time So if you don't come out here in two seconds, I'll personally drag you out and stuff a wad of mouse-biled moss in your mouth to clean the elders pelt and find whatever other chores I can find for you to do until moonhigh."
Too harsh?

Brightpaw just rolled her lemon-yellow eyes and took the needed pawsteps towards her mentor. "Yes all-mighty Ebonyroot, my wish is your command", She snickered when she added,"In your dreams".

Ebonyroot's whiskers twitch, "Then get over here, you lazy lump of fur, I need to teach you the basics.. If you do good, maybe you can go back to sleep." The medicine cat heard the last part, but said nothing. She unfolded her bundle and brought out a bright yellow flower, it's petals ruffled and held close together. "Now, tell me what this is.

"Umm Tansy",she meowed a bit more serious. She just gave the name of a yellow flower, She hoped to StarClan she was right.

Ebonyroot purred, "Right. And do you know what it's for?"

She gave a slight smile and purred with confidence," Can be used to cure wounds and poison, and when nedded it soothes throats and can even help to prevent Greencough".

"And if it turns to greencough?" Ebonyroot purred.

"The same thing that can help treat whitecought, Catmint",the apprentice purred, proud of herself.

"Excellent.." She next pulled out a small roll of cobwebs. "What do you use this for?"

"To help stop the bleeding of a battle wound", she meowed remembering a warrior asking her for some.
