Rosekit looked around. She was where she'd wanted to be. She was at the RiverClan camp. She stepped into the open, hoping to be noticed, with a red rose petal in her mouth.

Sleepyyawn burst out at the sudden whiff of an unfamiliar scent. "Who-" He stopped at the kit. Scents of roses wafted up into his nose. He walked up to the kit and looked over her. "Hello, what're you doing here?" He looked around for Pinestar.

Hearing her name murmured, the leader turned. An unfamiliar scent came to her nose. Enemies! she thought angrily, her fur bristling. In alarm, she unsheathed her claws and dashed from her den. She stopped abrupt when she saw a kit. That was all. Embarassed, she settled her fur and sheathed her claws. Clearing her throat, she gazed at her deputy, expecting him to have a reasonable answer for the kit's doing here. Pinestar let out a sigh. "Sorry.. I.. i've been a bit on high guard lately." Her eyes shifted to the kit. "Now.. who are you?"

And especially if you'd want to be Medicine Cat Apprentice! Hawkpath'd be glad to mentor you!" Enthusiasm flared in her eyes once more. "I will hold your ceremony when it is time.. now.. how old are you, young'un?"

"5 moons?" she repeated thoughtfully. "Almost an apprentice.." The leader studied the kit for awhile before nodding. "Alright. You may join the other kits in the Nursery until it is time for you to join the other apprentices." she purred. Pinestar nodded to the Nursery and added, "the Nursery is right over there. I hope you find it to your liking." She slowly padded back to her den.
