Leopardheart stood up. "Come out, spies."

Eagle scanned one sharp green eye over the bushes. "I think they're talking about the death of some leader, I'm pretty sure they want nothing with us," he insisted lightly.

Leopardheart sprawled down on the ground again. "OK."

Eagle closed his eyes again and breathed in the fresh air. He could feel the mist that was shrouding the area gently paint his fur in a light coat of delicate droplets. "Have you ever felt lonely?" His voice was quiet and dispassionate.

Lilacbreeze's purple eyes gazed at the Thunderclan deputy... And some other cat. She turned her attention back to Featherstar. "What is the urgency?" She mewed to the leader, her voice so hushed it was only a whisper that could only be picked up of you were mouse lengths away like her friend.

Leopardheart looked at the brown cat. "Yes."

Eagle licked a paw. "Do you still feel lonely?"

Leopardheart drew one paw over her ear. "What do you mean?"

Eagle flapped his tail around. "Do you still feel lonely?" He met her eyes, two intense green gazed locked.

Leopardheart ducked her head. "No."

Eagle tilted his head. "Well, since I met you I haven't either." His words were surprisingly confident. He blinked. "I like you."

Featherstar looked Lilacbreeze. ,"What do you mean by that?" She asked sweetly.

Leopardheart blinked her eyes. "I like you too."

Eagle grinned and rested his tail on her shoulder, as he began to fade. "Looks like I'm waking up. Well, farewell, until reality returns." He laughed and disappeared.

Leopardheart blinked in farewell and then stood up. "Well, who else is here?"
