I agree with Jay. >3> The definition of 'chibi' is a simplified version of a character. Lets say we have a realistic cat, then we chibi-fy it. Its eyes become round and cute, its ears round, its tail sleek-ens-- Basically demolishing the detailed features of the character. :P
