A Night Out.

Featherfall padded calmly into Fourtrees and looked up at Great Rock. So many memories lay in Fourtrees. There was to many to count. With a sigh, the gray tabby laid down in the grass and began counting the stars.

Rainstar padded in quietly, her head bowed.
"I remember when the clans were more peaceful," she mewed softly.

"I remember, when leaders didn't kill other leaders." He hissed from a bush.

Featherfall nodded to Rainstar. "I remember when I was a new apprentice, and things were easier." She said, her ear's twitching as she heard Bramblestar approach. "Bramblestar?" Feather asked, getting to her paws.

"Yes," he grumbled.

Rainstar's ears twitched, but she calmly sat where she was and remained still.

The deputy stood still. "Are you going to come out of the bush?" She asked in an almost-purr.

"sure," Hr said, stepping out and glaring at Rainstar.

Featherfall smiled, then bite bck her lips seeing the two have their own little stare down.

Rainstar got slowly to her feet, as though she wasn't in any hurry.
"I guess I'll just..go," she mewed. Her fur was slightly fluffed up.

Featherfall said nothing, her gaze fixed on the hostile look in Bramblestar's eyes.

He went silent, but continued to glare.

Leopardheart emerged from a clump of ferns. "Well, well, well," she meowed icily. "A traitor, a two weak leaders."

And a murderer, he thought angrily to himself. Killing Jaystar like that.

Heartstar steped out of the bushes that led into fourtrees there were four other cats there Bramblestar and rainstar and Featherfall and leopardheart "Hello" she mewed and then shushed herself Bramblestar and Rainstar seemed to be having a stair down
