"Mention that mangy fox-heart again and I'll shred you, traitor!"
She spat. She stuck her nose in Featherfall's face.
"When you died, you should have stayed dead!"
She whispered, her words icey cold.

Featherfall hissed and put Sparrowkit down.
"Maybe you should have died when you were attacked by dogs. It would of saved the Clan a lot of trouble between you and Deadfrost and Firefly. You don't deserve to be deputy anyways. Your ex-mate already got it."
She spat.

She smiled a big smile.
"If I am so undeserving, why had I survived a fatal attack of dogs, when you were to weak to pass sickness?"
She taunted.
"Are you to weak to serve your Clan, that the most you can do is sit in the nursery like a rock with useless kits to look after?"

Featherfall spat.
"I bet my kits are more helpful than you! All you do is sit around and plan games for the apprentices. And whats even worse is, none of them joined, so your little game got canceled. And at least I've had kits. At least there's someone who wants to have kits with me, but no. Your mate left your Sunset. Left you! And just so you know, I went on a hunting patrol just the other day. Who is useless you say? You! And might kits might not be able to do anything now, but later on, when your and old elder and their fresh Warriors, I would watch my back."
She said, swishing her tail irritably.
"Why don't you go find a couple foxes and do us all a favor. Hey, you could even roll in the fresh kill pile, maybe then you won' taste so bitter."

"Is that the best you have? Petty insults? You can't deny the truth, can you? ooh, a hunt! Lets see here, before you were even an apprentice, I was hunting. I learned when i was a kit, too, curtesy of Leopardheart."
She started prowling around the traitor and the kits, her paws landing heavy on the ground.
"You really are worthless. I look in your eyes now, and I see the useless, brainless kit I saw way back. Back when you tried to escape. Back when you never understood anything. Back when i was serving my Clan still. When you weren't. When you were knocking around some old moss. I've been aiding my Clan since before you were born. I made one mistake."
She turned to her, fire in her eyes.
"I trusted you."

Rainstar stepped between the two she-cats and hissed.
"Knock it off!" she growled angrily, much more power behind her voice than she had meant there to be. "We'll see where whose loyalties lie when this is all over. For the time being, Featherfall and her kits are coming to Windclan. That's final." She spat out the last of it, herded the kits, and motioned for Featherfall to follow.

Featherfall walked away with her kits but turned around and looked at Sunset and mouthed. I trusted you too.

Leopardheart raised one paw, unsure whether to go after the cats. "You just wanted a position of power. SOmething you thought you couldn't get in THunderclan!" she taunted.

Lightningshock walked over to Leopardheart, "Calm down, it's not worth it"

Angelpaw was nearby and heard it all. "Sh-sh-she's gone, really gone," Angelpaw stammered.

Snowclaw woke. "Wheres Featherfall?" she mewed

Lynxkit got onto her paws "Wheres Dawnkit?" she squeaked

"I'm sorry, your sister forgot the meaning of loyalty, she left Thunderclan to go to Windclan," Angelpaw explained, sadness over-whelmed her.

"Shes gone?" Snowclaw wailed "She couldnt be!"

Gone? Lynxkit thought.Would she ever see Dawnkit again?

"Yeah... I wish she hadn't gone. She fought with Sunset just before she left. I will miss her," she mewed looking at Snowclaw and Lynxkit, then at her paws.
