Blue.paw's big Dream

Bluepaw walked into the camp with a huge,plump mouse hanging from her jaws.She chose a mouse from the pile and sat down.Life is good....she thought.Only then did she realize that she was sitting alone.First in the waking world,then in dreams?Is Starclan showing me that i'm destined to be alone?

Deadfrost saw Bluepaw sitting alone in the clearing, and strode over to her. "What's going on?" he meowed casually.

"I don't know."Bluepaw meowed innocently."Mabe Starclan are trying to tell me that i'm destoned to be alone for the rest of my life."

Deadfrost frowned. "Bluepaw, never say that." His tone was intense, remembering his own mate ordeals. "You will find someone right for you someday. I had the same problem once," he recalled.

Lightningshock appeared into the Dream territory unaware of Bluepaws sadness. "Hello bluepaw" He smiled, "Deadfrost" He nodded, he suddenly noticed Bluepaws expression, "Whats wrong?" He asked

Deadfrost glared at Lightningshock, as if saying: I'll tend to her, too many cats will overwhelm her.

Bluepaw caught the glare he gave her brother."Lightningshock is my brother,he has a right to know."She addressed her brother,"I'm just sad because i'm almost a warrior and no one seems to consider wanting me as a mate."Bluepaw had to fight back the terrible saddness riseing in her voice,but it was no use.

Deadfrost shrugged. "I suppose your right." He kept his eye on the younger warrior.

"Oh, Bluepaw, Don't worry, youll find someone, trust me, you'll make a good catch for someone" He tried to lighten his sisters mood

"yeah,but who?no one seems to even care i'm here."

Deadfrost sighed. "Bluepaw, someone will, be patient with yourself. Leopardheart once told me the same thing, when I was having the same problem. You will always have someone to love, even if someone is foolish enough not to be your mate. You have your friends, and you have a whole Clan that cares for you." His eyes were soft.

"That I did," Leopardheart meowed, steeping out of a clump of ferns.

Deadfrost looked at Leopardheart, smiling, his tail resting on Bluepaw's shoulder. "You see? You are not disliked."

"Well,when u put it like that."Bluepaw meowed,resting her ice blue eyes on Deadfrost.

Leopardheart smiled at the apprentice. "Sometimes when times are hard, we lose faith in ourselves. We forget our strengths and focus on our weaknesses. But all you need to do is take a deep breath and collect yourself. Visualize all the things you are proud of. Feel the satisfaction of catching prey or fighting off a trespasser. Things get better."
