A Quick Dust(c)

Quickpaw turned her head. “O-oh.” she hadn’t realized that he was doing all the talking with her just replying. “Well, um” she tried to think of something quickly, but couldn’t. “I mean nothing really interesting has happened to me as of late, their was this but you know that already” so she then said. “The next gathering should be soon, exited for that?” she mewed in a desperate attempt to change the topic. “Ready to go home, and tell father of your epic defeat?” She decided she had enough conversation for one day, besides her gloating to father. She had to save enough energy for that.
