Dapplestream's Story (WIP)

By a sparkling clear lake, A fluffy Calico she-cat could be seen watching the reflection move to a tiny kit with a big happy smile. This Cat was known as Dapplestream and she was watching the kit now known as Peonykit, her daughter. It has been a couple of moons since her death but knowing that her daughter was living a happy life made her feel at peace with her death. Lets start from the beginning -

It was a bright, sunny day in the Windclan camp as everyone was bustling around doing their clan duties. In the corner of camp, A calico can be seen with another cat, speaking quietly about the future.
“I didn’t realize how bad the situation was until it finally happened!” The calico mewed to the other cat with a fearful tone.
“What do you plan on doing then Dapplestream?” The other cat mewed not knowing how to help her friend.
“I’ll leave, I'll go find him and then we can go somewhere else!” She mewed wanting to just have a normal family without all the clan drama following behind her. As the two finished their conversation Dapplestream started to head towards the entrance. Before leaving she gave one last look at the camp before padding out with a sigh.

As the day went on Dapplestream hunted for some food, a small mouse, and then made a small bed area to sleep in for the night. The kit was starting to kick a lot and it was affecting her travel speed a lot. She knew it was almost time for her birthing but she wanted to get to Shadestripe before it happened, but Starclan had other plans. In that moment a great pain surged throughout her body, the kit was coming.

Tiny mews could be heard as dapplestream licked her little kit clean. She wouldn't be able to travel now as making sure the kit was okay was her main priority. Dapplestream smiled down at her little kit which was a mini version of her but with stripes on her orange patches.

A few days passed of dapplestream hunting and taking care of her kit, knowing it would be time to leave their area soon. Just in that moment she caught the scent of a rogue in the air and quickly got scared for her kit’s life. Rogues were merciless and killed other cats for no reason but fun.

The rogue gave a wretched smirk at the she cat before attacking her. Dapplrstream couldnt do much but take the attention off her kit as she battled it out with the rogue. Suddenly a breeze came through with the scent of many cats, the rogue got scared and with leaving one final huge slash mark in the calico's belly, he ran off. Dapplestream recognized the scent as Thunderclan but knew that last attack was fatal. By the sounds she was hearing, the cats would be on them soon so she quickly licked her kit one last time before everything faded. She opened her eyes to be in starclan surrounded by her deceased clanmates and started crying, thinking she wouldn't have been accepted for what she had done.
