Phoenixkit snuck out of camp when a big, scary apprentice dared her to. It was one she had never met before, and he didn't smell like SkyClan. She fell into a badger hole and twisted her paw. So far, no other cats have found her yet...

Emberkit padded out of the nursery because he smelled an unfamiliar scent. He walked up to Heartstar"s den. "Mom, what's that smell" He asked inquisitively

All I know is he smelled bad, like what my mother described to me as SHADOWCLAN, and that he is all black.

Cinderkit sniffed around, and caught Phoenixkit's scent trail. "What is she doing out of camp?" he meowed to himself. He soon came to the hole, and gasped when her saw her down there. "Phoenixkit! Hold on, I'll get you." He clambered down the hole, and brought her back up. "What were you doing?" he growled.

Frostpaw padded out of camp "What are you two doing here?" she asked "Kits are not allowed out of camp!"

Cinderkit hissed. "Don't call me a kit!" He glared at her, his anger dying down a bit. "I'm just asd old as you are. I don't know why Heartstar did all of your ceremonies and not mine along with yours," he growled. He was the same height as Frostpaw, almost taller.

"I know but its not my fault" she mewed "I would do your apprentice ceremony as soon as anyones!"

Hazelpaw walked towards the sound of commotion. "What are you all doing out here?" She said sternly, although her pretty face was soft as always. "Kits aren't allowed out of camp." She mewed, looking into the hole. "Oh you poor thing!" She said scrambling down into the hole.

" I know why Heartstar hasn't done our ceremonies" he mewed hopefully

"Why?" she asked

" Because" He cuffed Frostpaw on the ear playfully, "She can't mentor us all, so she needs more mentors!" He mewed inquisitively

Hazelpaw helped Phoenixkit out of the hole, and helped her back to camp. "All of you better be back in your dens before I come and check. Or Heartstar will be hearing about this!" She mewed as she helped the limping kit back to camp.

"Blah, Blah,Blah, nobody cares" Emberkit mocked while walking back to camp, "We were only trying to help, you don't need to get your fur in a twist"

Hazelpa turned around and looked Emberkit in the eyes, her hazel iris' swirling with something that looked wise and threatening. "You had better listen to the Medicine Cat. StarClan talks to them." She said, and as swiftly as she had fixed her gaze on him, she dropped it and continued on to the Medicine Cat's Den.

"Starclan can talk to you all you want, I was only trying to help, so don't try to scare me" He mewed
