Hello WCC!

Here are the results for Batsong and how I am doing as HR according to the October survey.



Alright! I like it!

I am very happy to see that everyone who is windclan thinks that I am at least meeting and or exceeding the tasks that Batsong should be doing that makes me very happy to see.





and yay! I am glad people think I am active as I do post alot in my opinion, so I am glad people agree and have noticed :D



So on this survey apperently there was an accident and batsong didnt have a slot for comments / suggestions so if you have any dont hesitate to add them here if you would like as a reply. (if you really care about being anon then you can ask in help desk if creating a private account would be okay for this: but pls ask staff ahead of time to ensure that is alright))


Other areas:

I noticed in our overall clan feedback that we had some responses feeling Windclan HR's were not approachable. I am very sorry if I have made anyone feel this way, I want to be as approachable as possible to you all and remain a great med cat for windclan moving forward. If there is any thing that you ever want to bring up to me or any of us that run windclan please do not hesitate to reach out. We wanna be approachable and available to all of you and make windclan a fun place for all this can be anything: concerns, suggestions, topic requests ext.


Other than that, I am very happy with how the results turned out :D I hope to see you all around soon
