Sapphire Is Dead

Leopardheart bowed her head. You were a great friend to me, Sapphire. May you find the peace and ahppiness you deserve among the ranks of Starclan.

Sapphire looked down from the Silverpelt. She waited for StarClan to arrive, although she was scared. Would they accept her? Surely they would if all of her friends thought she deserved it. Suddenly she saw something coming. A gray she-cat approached with graceful steps. Suddenly Sapphire realized. "Featherfall!" She said excitedly.

"Hello friend." The lithe she-cat said. Featherfall looked nothing like she did when she died. Her under-feed body was now the lithe muscle it once was. Her fur was glossy and healthy like it use to be, and her navy blue eyes sparkled like Silverpelt. "It's time to go home, Sapphire." She said guiding her friend deep into the Stars.

Snowclaw sat by Sapphire like the others May Starclan welcome you and will be happy

Beechkit wanted to see her mother one more time.

Leopardheart looked up into the sky. There seemed to be a star, tinged blue, winking kindly down at the cats below. Sapphire....

Deadfrost followed the deputy's gaze, and spotted the bluish star. Rest in starlit peace.
