Dark Snowy Night (continued)

The snow slowly fluttered in the soft breeze of the night. Many warriors were sleeping soundly. A black she-cat trudged in with much dread and guilt. She stopped at the entrance of the Apprentices' Den. She took a couple steps. Her face was covered in tears, and a cat lay on her back. She tipped downwards, and the cat slowly slid off of her. More clearly, you could just make out the shape of a cat. Mudpuddle. Fatal claw marks punctured him, and a bump on his head was very visible. Pinespirit shakily started to speak, "L- Lionpaw.. R- Rockpaw.. a- and.. W- W- Weedpaw.. Y- you're f- f- father.."

Cherrypaw was woken up by the sound of Pinespirit`s stuttering and came out of the apprentices den.

"What`s going on...." she mewed, and then gasped at the sight of Mudpuddle lying on the ground, claw marks all over him.

Cherrypaw ran over to her mentor. "Pinespirit, what happened!?"

Lionpaw ran out and gasp "Da...da....da....dad" he ran over to his dead father crying "Why today" he mewed

Cherrypaw stared at Mudpuddle`s body, and padded over to Lionpaw.
"I`m sorry." she said to him. "I don`t know what it`s like to lose a parent, but it must be painful."

OOC: They havn`t brought Dewwy in yet, so that`s why I said that.

"I wish it didn't happen today" he meowed

Pinespirit said nothing but one word. "T- Tiger... f- frost.." Her fur bristled. "TIGERFROST DID THIS," she cried, so the whole camp could hear her, "and.. I will find her.. and I will kill her."

"Tigerfrost!!" Cherrypaw mewed. "Oh, I`ve heard of her." she snarled.

Pinespirit looked at Cherrypaw. It was odd since she was only an apprentice, and Tigerfrost was so new to Pinespirit. She'd only met her once. "When did you hear about her?"

OOC: I said I`ve heard of her, not met her, Pineh!!! XD

IC:Cherrypaw looked at Pinespirit. "I was hunting around Fourtrees, and I heard some cats talking about her, I`m not sure who they were, but they sounded pretty serious." she said. "If she did this to Mudpuddle, I`ll help kill her, that fox dung!!!"

ooc: ik but pineh's going through some stress right now, so shushies!! XDD

ic: Pinespirit said nothing more. She brushed the last specks of snow off of his body with her tail.

Bluestar was awoken by the cries. "What happened!!??" She jumped from her den and drudged through the snow. "Who?!"

Cherypaw jumped at Bluestar`s voice. "Oh, it`s you, Bluestar!!!" she said. Then her eyes turned hard again. "Tigerfrost killed Mudpuddle!!!"

Pinespirit shuddered when Bluestar approached. She'd be outraged to find out another one of her warriors had died.
