A mystery to cats is the science of genetics, but Darkkit is a chimera, having absorbed his brother in the womb. The front half of him is a golden tabby, where the back half of him is a charcoal tabby. He has one fiery blue eye, one that matches his father's perfectly, whereas the other eye is liquid gold. A throwback to his grandfather Bloodstar, Darkkit will grow to be thick-legged and broad-shouldered. His height however, will match that of his father's, at 12 inches at the shoulder but weighing in at 14lbs. He is short-furred, apparently not in inheritance of the medium-furred gene that both of his parents possessed. His fur is very soft to the touch. As he becomes older, it becomes more apparent that he has inherited Dawnhawk's shimmering fur gene as well.
While not the most extroverted of toms, he is by no means unconfident. He seems a little bit angry all of the time, but he keeps his emotions from spilling out into situations or other cats that don't deserve them. He is very work driven, seeming at his best when he is working hard and has a goal to accomplish. He becomes irritable when he has nothing to do. He has little regard for laws and rules, believing the moral good is more important than being obedient one hundred percent of the time. As he grows older, it is very apparent that he believes in killing if it's to eliminate evil from the world, rather than try to fight it with tolerance and understanding. He is very rigid in this way, having heard the stories of Dawnhawk and his many chances to turn his life around, but chose not to in the end.
