I can't find ANYTHING to change to help you. I didn't change any log in stuffs, so don't yell at me! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!

Woah, calm down you two. I checked the site and It won't let me view anything except the Portal, I can't even Register to make an account to look things over. Goldenpaw, did you change anything in the Admin pannel before your last log off?

Moonpaw, in the "Admin pannel" go to "Users and Groups", then look at the User section on the left and go to "Ban Control", see if Goldenpaw's Username on the site is banned or if her E-mail address happenes to be banned.
If that dosen't work go to "Users and Groups", then click on Goldenpaw's Username, go to the very bottom of that page and look for the section that should say: "Special Admin-Only Fields", look for the option that says: "User is active" and make sure that it is on "Yes", instead of on "No" or "Banned"
If that dosen't work please tell me and I'll think of what other reason it may be.

This may just be a misunderstanding if the Forumotion site is making adjustments and/or updates to all of the newer sites, so if none of this works it may all work out to be fine in a day or two.

That didn't work? Let's see what else... Go to "Users and Groups" then look at the User section on the left and go to "Inactive Users" click on "Users Deactivated" Check to see if Goldenpaw's user name is in there, if it is make sure to activate it so she can go on.

She's not there.

Go to "General" then look at the left section headed 'Forum' and click on "Configuration", make sure that the forum isn't checked "Yes" under 'Forum in Construction' and/or 'Forum on Holiday'.

If that dosen't work this might be the problem... Go to "General" in the 'Admin Pannel' then look at the left section headed 'Forum', click on "Configuration" then scroll down to the bottom of the page, at the bottom there should be something that says: 'Resynchronize your Forum', check it off and click save, this should fix any minor bugs or problems that may be lingering on the site.

Its been like that for like, 5 days now, and mine is fine. I made it around the same time as Goldenpaw did too, so I dont think thats the problem.

ok,got an idea!!!!!

Goldenpaw,rename yourself,make new account,etc. then Moonpaw can make you an admin and everyone will treat you and know you as the owner of the site. To do a different name you can put * on each sides of your name,put _ in the middle of your name,etc.
