If the mom is a clan cat, she would be the one to name them, as understandably most clans are not about to let that monster in. If the mom turns out to be a rogue and he actually has a chance to name them, it might be an odd combination of clan warrior names and outlandish rogue names. A lot can happen (and will happen) between now and then so it would be difficult to give a solid answer right now. I can message you later when I have some idea of how his naming process would go once that time draws nearer.

Not at all. Just because this many people are listed doesn't mean they have committed. It could end up only being 3 or 4 kittens by the time it's time to birth kitties
