Entanglements

So, Crowpaw [ShadowClan] cares a TON about forming and maintaining (mostly positive) relationships, since he sees it as the main way to gain real power and influence. So really this is less a real structured plot and more a way to create some good, complicated relationship dynamics for him! I definitely want to do some plotting with him eventually, but before then I want to work on establishing a good web of relationships for him~

Friendship:

1.Friends and/or allies
These can be cats from any clan. These are characters he acts especially friendly towards, and though he will probably genuinely like them, he’ll mostly see them as sources of information and ways to establish himself as likable and good.

2.Best Friend
Cat preferably in SC (but can be from any clan!) and preferably at least close-ish to his own age who Crow is actually very fond of and sees as more than just a way to try and gain influence. He'll want to spend time with them out of just enjoying their company and not because he wants something. One of only a handful of cats he’d actually put himself in harm's way for without a second thought.

Romance:

3.Flings
Various cats Crow may have romantic relationships with; can range from just some brief playful flirting that doesn’t actually go anywhere to actual short term relationships. Any gender and clan works! (Though in the case of FR obviously approval would be needed). I’d also be open to kits resulting from these relationships if anyone wants that! One of these characters can certainly become his eventual actual mate!

4....Love?
A relationship that starts with Crow’s normal empty flattery and flirtation until he finds himself actually catching some feelings. They’re literally the only cat who can render him flustered and speechless on a regular basis, and that causes him much p a n i c and denial at first. Eventually he’ll realize he wants to be with them, and at this point he’ll stop his random flings and confess his feelings. One of the other few cats who he’d actually put his life on the line to protect. Can be any gender. Preferably from SC, but I’d be open to FR (obviously again in this case approval would be required). Definitely open to kits resulting from this relationship!

5.The Friendly Rival
Cat from any clan who Crow sees as an equal in terms of their charm, ambitions, etc. Will see them both as a potential competitor and as a potential partner in crime, but either way this is someone he has a lot of respect for. He probably more often than not sees this cat as an ally. Another cat he actually cares about and would potentially be willing to help even with real stakes for himself on the line.

6.The one who sees through him
Crow’s mostly pretty good at seeming genuine in his compliments and friendliness and hiding his more manipulative, slimy motivations...but there’s always that one that you can’t seem to fool at all. This cat sees through his facade and understands just how insincere he usually is. The fact that they see through him unnerves him deeply, and he’ll work extra hard to try and win them over. Depending on whether they try to actively undermine him or not, he may flip to actively disliking them and try to get back at them if he can. Preferably SC.

7.Getting on his bad side
Crow wants as many cats to like him as possible, even those he personally dislikes...but that being said, if he gets annoyed enough with someone, he’ll be pretty relentless in trying to  make them miserable, if he can. This can range from just insulting/being mean to them whenever he thinks he can get away with it (I.e when it won’t hurt his image) to actively trying to plot out little schemes against them. These cats can be from any clan.

Roles 1, 3 and 7 are open to as many characters as want to sign up, the rest of the roles are for one character each!

Also a lot these roles can definitely be doubled if anyone’s interested! Like I can definitely see the same character being both the best friend and friendly rival, or rival and love interest, etc!

I offer Brightpaw of ShadowClan to be one of his flings. She's a far bit older but still technically apprentice age

I can offer Mistykit (soon-to-be Mistypaw) as one who sees through Crowpaw's shtick. Whether or not he does something about it, I'm unsure, but he's definitely observant enough to see through false compliments and playing the good guy. And Misty certainly won't be impressed by him.
