"I wouldnt tell." She spat anger. "MY mate was in shadowclan!" She stared Bramble down. "Do...you...have...a ..... problem..with ...that?" she turned her neck and a ear splitting crack was heard. She looked him up and down.

"NO! I don't care who your mate was!" He hissed.

"Watch your back Bramble." Her voice cracked. "All i wanted to do was be nice to my daughters mate. But it seems like she doesnt want me here and neither do you." Filled with sadness she turned to leave a tear fell into her pelt.

"You don't have to leave." He mewed.

"No.. mom.. it's not like that! We don't mind you, it's ok! He's got a bad temper... that's all..."

She turned back around. "I'd rather leave with my pride, it is very important to me if you cannot tell, then be insulted by my daughter and the one she loves." Her eyes sparkeld with tears.

"I'm not insulting you!"

"Please no... i still want you here!"

"Im sorry if i care to much." she looked her daughter in the eyes. "3 kits...3 beautiful kits, and two of them died. So all i have is you! Your father, is gone." Her voice filled with regret. "Nobody cares about me anymore, so i throw all my love on to you, and if its to much i am sorry." She bowed her head in sorrow.

"It is ok, you just love her, and so do i. You get protective sometimes. Everyone does."

"No mom... I'm so happy you're heree,not banned or exiled or dead like most others... i'm sad my sibblins died, and I wish they didn't!"

"It's alright," He mewed, nuzzling her.

"Just say the word." She meowed. "If you dont want me here i will go." She took a step back
