I'm actually very picky with my MAP parts, i don't like long ones or ones that require much movement as i'm not very experienced with animating

If so, MAP stands for Multi-Animator Project. This usually means that the map host will take some audio and cut it into bits so multiple animators can take a piece, or 'part'. They animate to their part, and once all of the animators are finished, the host will put them together so it's one big animation.

A scripted map means that there's a script that you need to follow, which tells you what exactly to animate in your part (i'm currently making parts for 2 scripted maps, so in one it said i had to animate Crookedstar looking sad bud angry, then make him dig his claws into the dirt, so that's what i did) You just have to animate what the script tells you to
