Billie is a medium-furred, mottled tabby with striking blue eyes. Her underbelly, legs, and muzzle are white; while an irregular tabby/spots pattern coats her back. Her fur is usually unkempt and ragged, but sports a youthful charm. Billie isn't much for scars, but never attempts to hide the nick in her ear she got from a run in with a chain link fence. According to her, it makes her look tough. While Billie may come off on the smaller side, she makes up for it in muscle. Often mistaken for a tom, Billie looks very masculine in physic, with broad shoulders.

Personality: Endearingly confident, recklessly blunt, and chaotically real. Billie is unapologetic for who she is, but hardly ever needs to apologize in the first place. The she-cat has a way with felines, which would seem strange to an onlooker. One would assume such a wild and unkempt being couldn't connect in such a way to others, but mixed in with her melting pot of too-much-confidence and a lackluster of smarts, Billie can listen, and she can do it well. Always interested in others, oftentimes the she-cat will even forget her own self in a pursuit of curiosity, and a good time. Her mind only exists in the present, and thoughts are rarely ever given to the future, or the past. She is spontaneous, impulsive, and honest, but surprisingly thoughtful. Billie has a way with other's feelings, and after shattering a conversation with her too-much gene of everything, she can gently pick up the pieces, and save the friendship along the way. Cats come to Billie when they seek honesty, and when asked, she'll give it to them. Billie fears little until it's too late, but no consequences of her actions have left her scarred enough to stop taking risks. Act first, and ask for forgiveness later is her motto. And it's helped her blaze her way through life like the hot-cold fire she is.
