| I'm sorry, but you can't start out as a Clan kit with rogue parents. If you want to have rogue parents you'll have to start as a rogue, then try to get accepted into a Clan. It be up to the leader whether they let you in or not, so be warned. | Whether you find those parents or use NPCs, as long as they aren't rogue or half Clan, approved! Be aware that your cat will have the "disabled cat" Stat changes due to their deformity ( Rank System with stats here). Please get caught up on the current plots and where ThunderClan remnants are at the moment! Since the forest is currently flooded, please refrain from posting there.
