What are the duties of a medicine cat : The duties of a medicine cat are to heal their clan mates, and treat them as if they were their mate or kits. A medicine cat keeps a close connection with Starclan, and informs their leader of any messages their ancestors wish to pass on. A medicine cat must also visit the Moonpool to keep a close connection with the deceased, and convene with other medicine cats.
What you would do with this position : I would be honored to have this position. I would treat it with the utmost respect and importance. I would never get involved in a forbidden romance, as I plan on being extremely loyal to Starclan, Riverclan, and the medicine cats before me. I would try my best to be an active poster, and if something in life comes up, the first thing I would do is leave a note of my absence, and come back as soon as it is cleared up.
Why you think you deserve this position : I've been on WCC for a while (since Fishstar was alive and kicking). Being a medicine cat would motivate me even more to come back into WCC and roleplay again. It would give me more of a purpose on this site as well. When it was brought to my attention that Riverclan needed a medicine cat, I was hesitant and intimidated. However, I'm willing to accept the challenge and step up to be the medicine cat Riverclan needs. I know I've been absent and my return is sudden, but I can reassure that I will try my best to never leave again, unless I'm forced to by life. I promise that I will try to be the best medicine cat (after Goldeneye of course, she's the true queen) that Riverclan has ever seen.
