Adopted?: Depends on who pretty much
Origins: As long as your in Shadowclan, idc about his origins. He'll be NPC x NPC if no one wants to give birth to him. Then you can adopt him.

Special Requests: If you want to be his biological parents, please look kinda like him. Anyone may adopt him if no one wants to be biological parents.
