Falconpaw could be a sort of adoptive mother.

She needs someone close to help her get over Beepaw's death.

She would be cold and distant at first but she would grow into a very kind and caring mother-figure.

She is about warrior age (got her month, Gathering, hunting patrol, and battle done), but can't become a warrior yet due to the moonstone ban.

Definitely old enough to care for a kit though! We can say his original parents (NPC of course) died soon after he was born.

I'm fine with Falconpaw being a guardian for Thistlekit but can an apprentice do that? Or were you saying she could be like an unofficial big sister type for him?

There are no rules against it as far as I know, as long as she isn't the actual biological mother, and like I said, she's warrior age, but there us a moonstone band due to the current sitewide plot so she doesn't have her new name yet. She should be able to be a proper guardian.

She can be a big sister figure and look out for Thistle, but you can’t have kits (including by adoption) until Falcon is a warrior.
