| You wake up in a strange, foreign land. It's foggy and bleak, and your head hurts. You can't remember anything about yourself but your name, but you know this is not where you belong and it shakes you to your very core. You think you're alone, but you look around and see people peppered across the... forest. Yes, you are in a forest. There's a ringing. It's like a telephone but you're not quite sure how you know that. You look at your wrist to see a colored band, and when you touch it... something opens. A digital screen, wafer thin and unlike anything you've ever seen. It's like a projection. A beautiful woman's face appears before you. You can hear her talking to the other strangers before you prompt her to speak to you. Welcome to Project Lied. You have been selected to go through this digital environment, to test its thresholds and its abilities to harbor human life. Don't worry about your real selves. You are in a virtual world now, away from your bodies. It's okay, they're safe with the overseers. Don't panic. The overseers are only here to test you, not kill you. Of course, fatality is possible, but it is also possible in the real world. Without death there is no life as the doctors say... nevertheless, don't worry about it, and don't look too much at the sky.My name is Bell. Think of me as your personal assistant. If you look in your inventory-- you can swipe there-- you'll see your weapon, and your instrument. The weapon is for fighting. The instrument is for progressing. Both have been picked based on your preferences and movement patterns. We know more about you here than you know about yourselves.You must find sheet music. Unlocking songs is your key to getting out of this place. Don't worry, though, we are very confident in your abilities to proceed.More information will come as time progresses. |  The Tåkete Realm is the first of many realms in Project Lied. It is a murky, abandoned, simple realm with one noticeable human AI: Svein. He is a king without subjects, a man gone mad after his people vanished one day from the valley they called home. Your goal is to leave the realm and pass him. You must gather all the sheets to the Realm's song and play it at the gate, located in The Grǿnn, to escape. Sounds easy enough, but there is one thing about Svein: he doesn't like music. There are three sheets in total. Wake up and learn your fate. Collect memories, songs, weapons, and friends as you fight to escape the many layers of this mysterious, virtual puzzle.
