ooc:okay I'm sorry here just go look at rules then click on battle system the number it's a 6 is then scroll down and ther'll be a chart it then in the chart look for the move front paw strike it'll sayd 4 then just put it together like this-ruffledpaw used front paw strike on a tree losing 6 stamina and giving 4 damage
