Midnightpelts life story, from kit to warrior

When Midnightpelt was born, her only friend was her brother, Darkfrost. A few days after Midnightpelt was born, her mother died of greecough and her father disappeared. Since she never really had a chance to love her parents, it did not faze her as much as it fazed Darkfrost. Darkfrost got meaner and less loving. They fought constantly. Because Midnightpelt and Darkfrost was evenly matched, it was almost always a fight to the death. Once, when they were fighting, Darkfrost almost killed Midnightpelt. He had bit down hard on her neck, almost snapping it. After that, Midnightpelt vowed that if they had ever fought again, she would not lose, even if it meant killing her only family. 2 moons later, while Midnightpelt was exploring the forest, Darkfrost ambushed her. They fought for what seemed forever. Before long though, Darkfrost showed Midnightpelt an opening for his neck and she went for it. Once she got ahold of his neck, she snapped it and Darkfrost went limp. He let go of her and fell to the ground. Midnightpelt stayed ther and watching him until every once of life left his body. When she was sure he was dead, she dragged him to the twoleg place and then went back to her camp. Ever since that day, Midnightpelt has been living in grief and secret. She doe not believe she can love and has visited the Dark Forest many times, some just to see her brother, others to just get to know the forest she will be in when she dies.
