Fill out the form below and post it to be approved to use a Queen Slot. Remember, though Queens are allowed to have kits, they are not allowed to participate in patrols. They are allowed to attend gatherings.

Please note that you are only allowed one queen slots, and they must be senior warrior she-cats.
Elders cannot be moved over into the Permanent Queen slot.
