The First Dream of a ThuderClan Kit

Leopardheart got up and adjusted the kit's crouch. "There, that's about it."

"im doing it!" this was a good dream thought the kit. it beats real life any day!

Leopardheart smiled. "Great job."

"anything else? can i try to catch a mouse? or a rabbit? maybe i can fight a fox, or rabbid rats!"

Leopardheart grinned. "No, not now. When you wake up, you might."

"yeah! with this crouch, i can kill anything! foxes-rats-bears! yeah, i can kill bears, and when im an apprentice, i can catch prey easier cause i can already catch bears and owls and wolves and rats and foxes!

Leopardheart shook her head. "That's impossible."

"oh. well ok. but, yno, speaking of apprentice, and i know you dont like me badgering you about this, but its fun and... please! when im an apprentice, i really really really really really really really REALLY wnt to be your apprentice! i know right now your mentoring moosepaw.. but he'll be done when six moons come, and i heard a rumer that the clan needs more warriors, and so the apprentices will be done soon so we can do this! your smart and nice, wich will help me, and your strict and well- respected, like ive allways wanted to be, so i wont never do anything wrong or bad! it would be a real honor! i know its alot to ask for... and im sorry if it dosnt work out..."

Leopardheart smiled. "You can ask Goldenstar about that."

eyes glimmering, she errupted in happines, bouncing and rolling and leaping for joy. (sound familliar?)
"i cant wait! i was sure you'd say 'no'! but you didnt!"

Leopardheart just grinned.

SunKit grinned too.
"well... its probably time for me to wake up... see you."
she said as she strarted fading away.

Leopardheart nodded as she faded too.
