Hey, welcome to WCC! :D So, a couple of things regarding your creation:

First off, whenever you wish to make a character, you must use this template:

Secondly, characters must start as kits! They cannot start off as Warriors or other high ranks such as Deputy. And finally, there is already a currently active Deputy of ShadowClan.
