He doesn't look anything like my kitty, but he could definitely be adopted by Rippedsky. Let's say he had pure NPC Skyclan parents, but something happened to them so Rippedsky adopts him.

Ripped already has so many kits I don't want to start clan inbreeding, and we need some of that pure Skyclan blood.
