Swiftpaw's sadness

Swiftpaw was wandering around. He laid down in the shade off a tree. He then began to cry.

Moonpaw padded over Swiftpaw. "What's wrong?" she asked.

Swiftpaw looked up at her, anger in his eyes. After he realized it was Moonpaw, he calmed down a little " Moonpaw, don't you get it? Now that Webheart's gone, I have no more relatives in the clans at all. " He mewed, sounding like a kit. Then he buried his head in his paws.

( After Webheart kitted, she left to return to Sageblaze in Snowclan. Now he has no relatives :( )

"Well..." Moonpaw said shyly. "I've been here for you. You can think of me as...a sister." she insisted.

OOC: lol btw, Webheart left after he was apprenticed

IC: Swiftpaw looked up, grateful. He mewed " Thanks Moonpaw. You're the best " He gave her ear a short lick

"Thanks." she replied. "After my sister died, I've felt lonely being a medicine cat. Not having a mate and all...My living sister isn't in WindClan either, so it's nice to have like a brother now."

Swiftpaw purred as he caught 2 rabbits and gave one to Moonpaw.

"Thanks." Moonpaw said, starting to eat the rabbit.

Swiftpaw gulped his down. He sniffed the air, then growled. Behind a tree, a bushy red tail could be seen " Moonpaw, Go! " He jumped on the fox's back, digging his claws into it's back

"I'm not leaving you here!" Moonpaw yelled. She used a Belly Rake on the fox (9 damage, 10 SP)

" MOONPAW! " Swiftpaw yowled as the fox flung around and grabbed Moonpaw. It ran off .with them. Swiftpaw chased them and bit it's tail, releasing Moonpaw " Moonpaw, I would never forgive myself if something happened. Just go! I'll be fine! " He yowled

"I'm not leaving you alone to fight this! It's too much for one apprentice!" Moonpaw yelled. "I know about herbs, and I can treat myself fast, you go! I don't want to lose you, brother!" she yelled, jumping on the fox's back, trying to hold it down long enough for Swiftpaw to escape.

Swiftpaw bit it's neck. It's blood gushed out, but it was still strong. It bit Swiftpaw in the neck as it ran off.It realized cats were hard prey

"No! Swiftpaw!" Moonpaw yowled as she crouched by him. "I'll get something to treat that!" She said bolting off. She came back with Cobwebs, Marigold, and Goldenrod. She pressed the Cobwebs as best she could to try to stop the bleeding, almost crying. She was scared Swiftpaw would die.

Swiftpaw got up. Slowly, but steadily. The fox had just barely missed the spine. However, It was deep enough that if it had hit his spine, he would have been killed instantly
