APPEARANCE :
Sagestar is often known for his dark, dashing pelt; dark gray and black tabby stripes with splotches of ginger across his fur. White covered his muzzle, his paws - bar one, his belly, the tips of his ears and tail. He was also known to be smaller in stature than the average cat, with a thin pelt often showing hard muscles and the many scars he'd accumulated over the years. His eyes were a warm forest green.
PERSONALITY :
To those outside of ShadowClan, he was easily seen as crude, selfish, and arrogant. During gatherings and other meetings, he often walked a thin line of respect to those outside of the clan, holding a healthy suspicion most often of the others he did not know and therefore could not trust. In urgent times, he was often quick to place his trust in the paws of RiverClan, looking to no other. For some reason.
To those who knew him better, he was a strong leader who was able to hold his clan together, fiercely and proudly, even in the worst of times. He stood as a teacher to many and enjoyed joining the patrols and hunting parties, rather than stay behind the camp walls for all his life. It was known very well that he would do anything for the sake of his clan.
While he ensured loyalty within his clan, he also held a soft spot in his heart for rogues, often taking in stray kits and accepting them into the clan as their own; as well as becoming close friends with Almaric, a fabled rogue of the Deos.
He was incredibly brave and stubborn, up until the moment of his death. Although he was buried in retirement with his warrior name, Sagewhisker, many still refer to him in stories with his long-lived name, Sagestar.

APPEARANCE :
While she had grown up in the rough patches of ShadowClan, she was known for her grace, beauty, and sleek pelt that she often went to great lengths of caring for. Her fur was a blend of white and gray tabby with shimmering blue-green eyes. Unlike her brother, whose pelt was long and known to leave fluff behind everywhere, hers was but short enough to keep her cool in the warmest days, but long enough that mud would often - annoyingly enough - stain her delicate body.
PERSONALITY :
Best as she tried to keep up appearances, it didn't stop her at all from shoving her way into the front lines; be it running through a patrol, protecting others in a fight, or barking sass to her leader - or namely her own mate, the former leader Thrushstar. She was never afraid to say what was on her mind, even if it had gotten her into trouble, and often tried to speak out as the voice of reason. Although it didn't always work, she tried her best to keep Thrushstar and the rest of her clanmates from doing anything rash; in times where the safety and security of the clan was but a constant question in the air.
She, like many others in her time, held a disdain from all others in the forest outside of her own clan. In time, as the she-cat focused on raising her kits, she realized how challenging it was in their situation to live with little ones in the nursery, especially through the harshest seasons. In order to help Queens younger than her, and to keep Thrushstar's wearisome mind at ease, she chose to stay in the nursery permanently; sharing skills and wisdom she'd acquired through the ages to strengthen the clan from within.
While she knew of her own heritage, being the secret child of two clan leaders - one who had become some of their harshest enemies, she chose to keep it to herself and not to let it define her. Only one other person has ever only known of her RiverClan heritage, Thrushstar.
