Pinepaws Border patrol (open, any1 join)

"I smell, vole, and, a weird smell. Its cats, is it ThunderClan? Its coming from there!" He pointed across the river.

Pinepaw looked at Sleepypaw and blinked. She opened her mouth to drink in the scents. She looked across the river and scanned it cautiously.

"Imma wanning to come!" Yelled Burnpaw from a distance.
"Dew said she doesn't wanna come." Said Burnpaw. (no really, she's pissed in real life)
"So she said I can come without her!"

OOC: I never said you could come without me. I said they have enough people, so we can do one later. And please stop ignoring your hunting patrol.

"Oh, hi Burnpaw." He greeted.

OoC: Oh, so THERE'S ENOUGH PEOPLE!! isn't pissed?

IC: "Hi sleepypaw." Burnpaw said, catching the cent of a mouse. He followed it into a bush to find a fat dead rat being eaten by little mice. How inordinary. He took a mouse by its tail between his toes and walked to Bluesky. "I found a mouse!"

She looked at Sleepypaw and Pinepaw. "That is the smell of ThunderClan. Remember it."

Burnpaw sniffed for what seemed an hour, and stopped to sniff an herb-like sniff. "It smells like a healing herb" He said to Bluesky. But something unlike I've heard about.

"ok." He opened his mouth to taste for more scents.

OOC: Wait so do I check off a requirement if the topic still isnt finished? Or should I wait?

Pinepaw inhaled deeply. She would remember ThunderClan's smell. "So this is the border between RiverClan and ThunderClan?" she mewed out of nowhere, wandering along the bank of the river. Pinepaw's gaze settled onto a small water vole. She'd never hunted before, and she wanted to give it a try. The small brown creature was sitting along the bank, washing itself in the river. Pinepaw's tail swished with excitement. Without warning, she quickly ran towards it, and the creature sped off before she could even blink. Pinepaw stopped, and watched it flee into some grasses. Her first hunt was unsuccessful. But also, she just wanted to see if she could catch it, so it didn't count (XD fail). The RiverClan apprentice sniffed more ThunderClan and prey. She smelt many wonderful plants and herbs. She stopped. She smelt a stench she'd never smelt before. "What is this, Foxspark??" she mewed, "it's very faint, and I don't recognize its smell.." Raising her head, Pinepaw scanned the area.

ooc: it's a fox smell.. but notice i put faint o.o so dont worry XD

"Oh, heheh. It's just a flower" Burnkit said, blushing through his fur.
He sniffed around. And soon found the scent as earlier described by Sleepypaw.
"Bluesky?" He said. "Is this smell over here that thunderclan scent that Sleepypaw found?"

"that is the scent of a fox," foxspark mewed to his apprentice, "but don't worry, its stale"

"Oh, I see." Burnkit said, getting on the scent.

IC: Dewdrop followed Burnpaw. "Burnpaw, the scent Pinepaw smelled is fox, but its stale, remember it incase you have an incounter with one. Yes, the smell Sleepypaw was told to sniff is ThunderClan. Always make sure it isnt past our border."
