Battle Training for Snowpaw

The pretty ginger she-cat waited at the edge of the forest for her apprentice, Snowpaw. It was time for her battle training then she'd be ready to be made a warrior.

Snowpaw walked over to her mentor, Sandfeather. "What are we going to do today?" she asked.

"Battle Training," she stated and led her apprentice towards the heart of the Territory.
"Now I know you participated in the battle, and you did great, but I still have to do some battle training with you," Sandfeather announced with a big smile and she looked at Snowpaw.

"I know, I only used one or two moves." Snowpaw replied. She used Belly Rake in the battle with WindClan, and used Run and Tackle and Sky Drop battling an intruder.

Sandfeather stopped and looked around.
"Alright. Show me your best Paw Strike," Sandfeather nodded.

Snowpaw nodded. She knew it was sorta like Front Paw Blow, just claws unsheathed. She raised a paw and swung with her claws unsheathed.

Sandfeather nodded. She then asked for a demonstration of a Run and Tackle.

Snowpaw had used that move before, fighting a rogue on their territory. She backed up and started running. She jumped with her paws in front of her to demonstrate the 'tackle' part of the move.

"Good job! Okay let's see Leaping Bound and Sky Drop," Sandfeather smiled and sat down, watching Snowpaw with intense green eyes.

Snowpaw had used Sky Drop before, but not Leaping Bound. She started with Sky Drop. She climbed up a tree, balanced on a sturdy branch, then dropped down with her feet pointing down and claws unsheathed. Then, she was going to do Leaping Bound. She saw a high place behind her. She leaped onto it and then sprang with her back legs with claws unsheathed. She almost tumbled when she hit the ground, since she never used that move before.

OOC:She also never used Leap and Hold or Tail Yank.

Sandfeather nodded, catching her slight tumble.
"Just remember to plant your paws well when you land. Last ones are Tail Yank and Leap and Hold," Sandfeather said.

"Wouldn't I have to demonstrate those moves on you?" Snowpaw asked. After a nod from her mentor, she decided to do Leap and Hold first. She backed up a bit, then sprang. She leaped onto Sandfeather and held her down.

Snowpaw used Leap and Hold on Sandfeather. Dealing 14 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Snowpaw got off of Sandfeather. Now, she had to do Tail Yank. She ran behind Sandfeather, then bit her tail and yanked on it.

Sandfeather, very unprepared for this, yelped as she was pinned and had her tail yanked. Then she spun around, stunned.
"Great job!," Sandfeather praised.
