WCC Court System

Welcome to the court pool! Yes, this whole court is a pool! That section over there of ten floating chairs is the jury box. And the tables and chairs in the middle are for the defending and opposing sides of the court. The bigger chair and desk in the back is for me-the Judge, and the chair by it is where cats sit and state their story. The other seats are for people who want to watch.
This is where rule-breakers are tried for their crimes. If someone consistantly Spams, curses, hurts others, god-mods, or any other thing that breaks the WCC rules will be given a trial. If found guilty, a punishment will come into action. If not guilty, the person is let off with a warning and is set under my radar.

So! Ten neutral people, or people who don't pay attention to fights, can use this template to sign up to be in the Jury. If you take part in a fight or crime, someone will take your place, and I will PM that person so they know of their Jury Duty. Please note that if you dislike more than 3 people, I may not approve of your Jury Template due to lack of neutrality.

First: The basic terms:
Defendant-the side accused of the crime, either confessing to said crime or denying that they did it.
Prosecution-the criminal
Plaintiff-the opposition, the one accusing the defendant of the crime
Judge-the one who chooses the punishment
Jury-the people who hear out the case and decide if the defendant is guilty or not
Juror-a single person on the Jury

I almost forgot! If you have a case you want to bring up, post the case with 'WCC Court Case' next to it, and state who took a part in the case. When we begin, the Plaintiff (accuser) will explain the case, and call someone to sit by me and tell their side of the story, and be questioned. If you need help or anything, ask me. I watch Crime TV a lot.
