A Sister's Midnight Stroll

Bluepaw walked silently around her dream, waiting to wake up. She padded up to a small pool that she looked down into, her reflection quivering with the soft movement of the water. She lapped the water softly, the icy liquid trickling down her throat. She gave a sigh of contentment, and looked up from her reflection in the water.

suddenly there was a movement in the bushes, and Mistypaw came splashing through the pool, "Hi Bluepaw!!!!" she mewed, then sat beside her sister and drank from the pond. "what'cha doi'n???" she suddenly got up and started bounding around in the water.

"Thinking..." The scarred she-cat murmured, "about that badger." she narrowed her eyes and shivered at the thought.

Mistypaw sighed, "shh, your fine ive done what i can to heal you, and now only time will tell how and when the wound heals. Bluepaw i know its hard but please try to keep your mind off of it"

" Thats Bluepaw," Mistypaw smiled and turned to Featherpaw, "hi Featherpaw"

"Hi....." she mewed annoyed that so many cats intteruped her peaceful dream.

''you seem annoyed.would you like us to leave?''Smudge and Featherpaw mewed at the same time.

"no, stay" she mewed to them

''OK''They mewed together.''where is she?I'm tired of waiting.''Smudge mewed.

"where is who?" she asked Smudge

"Who? what when where how...!" she replied not controling herself. "Nevermind,"she said shaking her head annoyed by herself.

''Nobody important.Smudge,she found someone else,probably.If she doesn't show up now,
she most likely never will.''Featherpaw mewed to Smudge.''But I LOVE Zebrafur.''Smudge mewed.

"Zebrafur? who's that???" she mewed getting up and padding up to them

''My mate.Shes the prettiest of them all.We planned to meet here.If she doesn't show up,my heart
will break.''Smudge mewed.
